How to choose a label
These labels describe the kind of statement, not its truth or reliability. Observation means you witnessed it yourself; report means someone told you or you read it. A prediction is about the future; an inference is your conclusion; a value is what matters; an assumption is something taken for granted.
Up to 16,000 characters and 100 non-empty lines per capture; 50 captures per decision. Use a new line for each thought when convenient.
Unclassified captures are not added to shared evidence. If you request AI help, only the selected capture is sent through your company’s AI privacy and review controls.
