Getting started

Describe what is happening in your own words. You do not need to know the right tool or answer yet.

Map and text

The same record can appear as text and as a card. Start with a thought; refine its type and connections when useful.

Tools

Read the method’s purpose and outcome, open the workspace and answer step by step. Proposals require explicit adoption.

Working together

Distinguish the current answer from a participant’s proposal. Other people’s suggestions do not replace the original independent view.

Check-in and next step

Choosing an action does not prove success. Return to the check-in and compare your expectation with the observed outcome.

How to use the map

Click to select. Double-click for content where editing is permitted. Drag a card to move it; drag empty space to pan. Scroll to zoom. Connect cards using their side handles.

An action may be unavailable because of your role, an independent first view or a sealed record. Practise in an example without changing a real case.

Watch the saving status. If an error appears, do not assume the change was saved. Show all restores the overview; recover hidden cards through hidden-card controls instead of recreating them.

How to read the map

Colour describes information role. The AI mark describes origin. A dashed border means proposed, not yet accepted. A solid border does not mean verified. Screen selection is not a decision choice. A lock marks a sealed record.
