Chapters & perspectives

Each chapter is a prepared point in the same decision. Switching perspective changes access, not the outcome.

Capture first. Confirm labels afterwards.

Use the sample text, record it, and inspect the prepared classification. Nothing is sent to AI.

Why this matters

The situation: A fictional founder tests whether the constraint is headcount or unclear delegation.

The record starts with a hiring decision, not an assumed delegation answer.

Private illustrative personal record.

In your own decision: Write what is happening in your own words. Then check each suggested label against its source.

Should I hire another manager now?

Capture first. Organize when ready.

Write what you know, suspect, heard, or still need to ask. You do not need to label it while thinking.

Private source notes. Saving does not send them to AI or publish them to the team.

Your private draft saves automatically. Save this capture when you are ready to keep it as a source.

How to choose a label

These labels describe the kind of statement, not its truth or reliability. Observation means you witnessed it yourself; report means someone told you or you read it. A prediction is about the future; an inference is your conclusion; a value is what matters; an assumption is something taken for granted.

Up to 16,000 characters and 100 non-empty lines per capture; 50 captures per decision. Use a new line for each thought when convenient.

Unclassified captures are not added to shared evidence. If you request AI help, only the selected capture is sent through your company’s AI privacy and review controls.
